Yoga for Kids & Teens
Yoyoga offer classes, workshops and courses for kids and teens across Dublin.
We provide blocks of classes in schools, yoga days for Wellbeing and Active weeks and stand alone workshops for young people and also for school staff/parent groups.
Yoyoga also run fun camps for kids during school holidays in Dublin 8. The camps mix yoga and meditation with stories, art and craft, and games.

Having taught yoga to children since 2018 and teens since 2020 and using the practices in my classroom, I’ve seen how powerful it can be for children and hope to bring the practice to more schools. I’m a qualified yoga instructor for kids, teens and adults and am registered with the Teaching Council. With Yoyoga, I create fun, inclusive and safe spaces where all ages can move their bodies with a view to also calming their minds.
Our classes are all linked to the new curriculum framework and can be taught as Wellbeing, SPHE or PE. We are very much open to discussing other set-ups and what might suit your school, so please do get in touch if you would like to find out more.
